We are seeking a skilled with a strong understanding of the real estate industry who can manage project operations, coordinate with different teams, and contribute to business growth. If you have experience in real estate operations, sales, marketing, or construction coordination and enjoy taking ownership of projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure timely execution of plans.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, construction, engineering, and customer relationship teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and business targets.
• Support sales and marketing activities to drive revenue and business growth.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, customers, and senior management.




• Track project performance, prepare reports, and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure construction quality, customer satisfaction, and smooth project execution. Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: MBA or B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
• Understanding of real estate operations, sales, marketing, and construction coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results within deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in Bihar and Jharkhand will be preferred.

Salary:
As per experience, skills, and interview performance.
