Role Description The Collection Process Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on debt collection processes, tools, and compliance for new hires and existing team members. The trainer will conduct regular training needs analyses, develop training materials, and create structured modules covering systems usage, communication standards, and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities include facilitating classroom and small-group sessions, conducting refresher trainings, monitoring performance data,



and updating training content based on process changes and collection outcomes. The trainer will collaborate closely with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure that training aligns with Neowise’s platform capabilities, best practices, and client expectations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training for collection processes and workflows.
• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging, clear, and structured training sessions.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret performance data and refine training programs based on results.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with diverse learner groups.
• Experience in debt collection, financial services, or contact center operations is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory guidelines in collections is an advantage.
• Ability to design training content, including manuals, slide decks, and assessments, using standard office and learning tools.
• Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Psychology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in training and operations.
