Experience:
Minimum 3 years Rajesh Builders is looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities across its project sites in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes, site execution, quality standards and coordination with contractors and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and other project team members.




• Ensure construction quality and adherence to specified standards and procedures.
• Monitor the use of materials, manpower and equipment at the site.
• Identify and report site-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with site safety practices and applicable construction guidelines.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports and relevant project documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team to support smooth execution and timely completion of work. Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site execution or supervision.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and building practices.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at project locations across Pune.
• Ability to monitor work quality, site progress and adherence to project timelines.
