About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, maintain product quality and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Responsibilities
• Manage production planning, plant operations, inventory and budgets.
• Monitor production targets, quality standards, machine performance and delivery schedules.
• Control manufacturing costs, material wastage and inventory levels.
• Supervise employees and coordinate with production, quality and maintenance teams.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Qualifications

Experience:
6+ Years




• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing or plant management.
• Experience in label printing, laminated tubes or plastic tube manufacturing preferred. Required Skills
• Robust leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control, inventory management and cost optimization. Preferred Skills
• Experience in label printing, laminated tubes or plastic tube manufacturing preferred. Pay range and compensation package Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
