Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, creating detailed layouts, and ensuring optimal space utilization aligned with client requirements and brand standards. Daily tasks include preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing design execution on-site to maintain quality and timelines. The role involves collaborating with sales and project teams, presenting design proposals to clients,



and incorporating feedback to refine designs. The Interior Designer will also stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable solutions to deliver modern, functional, and cost-effective interiors. Qualifications
• Strong Interior Design skills with expertise in Space Planning to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and ability to interpret and integrate architectural plans into interior design solutions.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections for execution.
• Experience in FF&E; selection, including sourcing furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that align with project budgets and design concepts.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Robust visual and spatial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in residential or commercial interior projects; exposure to real estate or proptech environments is an advantage.
