Role Description The Operation Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the business, with a focus on order processing, inventory coordination, and timely dispatch of products.

Key responsibilities
include tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining operational records, and supporting the implementation of standard operating procedures. The role involves monitoring workflow efficiency, identifying process bottlenecks, and assisting in operational improvements that support the company’s growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Strong operational and coordination skills, including order management, inventory tracking, and workflow monitoring.
• Ability to use digital tools and basic software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or order management systems) for daily operations.
• Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, suggest improvements, and support process optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, operations, commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, retail, e-commerce, or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam and adapt to a fast-growing, digitally driven brand environment.

Requirements:
• Hands-on exposure to order processing, from order verification to dispatch coordination.
• Experience in inventory management, including stock updates, product tracking and low-stock monitoring.
• Ability to handle daily operational tasks, track delivery issues, and maintain SOPs and MIS reports. Salary CTC
