Role Description The Field Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lonar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations related to vegetable seed trials, demonstrations, and farmer outreach. This position involves planning and monitoring field activities, supervising field staff and labor, and ensuring that crop management practices are followed according to company guidelines. The Field Supervisor will coordinate with agronomists and sales teams, collect and report field data, and support training sessions and field days for farmers and partners. The role also includes maintaining accurate records,



ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with local growers and stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong field supervision and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily operations and guide field staff effectively.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of agriculture or horticulture, preferably with experience in vegetable crops, seed trials, or farm management.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with farmers, local partners, and internal teams in a transparent and respectful manner.
• Candidates should possess basic record-keeping and reporting skills, including the ability to document field observations and share updates with management.
• Candidates should possess a valid willingness to work on-site in rural field conditions, with reliability, integrity, and a focus on safety and quality.
• A diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred; previous experience in a similar supervisory or field role will be an advantage.
