Organisation Overview: IGS Projects executes robust room construction and turnkey interior fit-out for bank branches on behalf of a leading NBFC client. We're looking for a Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to be the on-ground manager for a cluster of branch sites — visiting each site daily, keeping execution on schedule, and ensuring material and vendor commitments are met without delay.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit each assigned site daily on a rotational basis and track progress against the milestone plan
• Send a daily site update covering work done, manpower on site, material status, and any blockers, with photos
• Follow up with vendors on material procurement and delivery timelines
• Coordinate labour and vendor scheduling on site to match the construction sequence
• Identify site-level issues early and flag them to the Regional Project Manager with a suggested fix




• Close snags and document closure with photo evidence
• Flag any client
- or landlord-side dependency blocking site work without delay Required Skills & Qualifications
• Candidate should be from BENGALURU/HYDERABAD/KOLKATA location
• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Upto 5 years of hands-on site execution experience, ideally in interior fit-out or civil/MEP construction
• Comfortable coordinating directly with labour teams and contractors on site
• Ability to read basic architectural/civil drawings
• Willingness to travel daily across assigned sites
• Clear written communication for daily site reporting
• Working knowledge of WhatsApp-based reporting and MS Excel CTC Offered
