The company specialises in 3D hand and foot castings and memory keepsakes for babies, couples, families and pets, and serves customers across more than 50 cities in India. Role Summary The Sales Executive will manage inbound customer enquiries, understand customer requirements, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings. The role involves no cold calling. This position is suited to candidates looking for long-term stability and a consistent career path within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries from prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and service packages
• Communicate product details, pricing and service processes clearly and professionally




• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the company CRM
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order handover and customer satisfaction
• Meet assigned conversion and sales targets
• Share customer feedback and market insights with management Qualifications and Skills
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, well-spoken and professional in customer interactions
• Intellectually sharp, with good reasoning and quick learning ability
• Customer-oriented approach with patience and a positive attitude
• Basic proficiency in computers, smartphones and WhatsApp
• Prior experience in inbound sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory Preferred Candidate Profile

• Willing to work from the Dehradun office on a full-time basis
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun
