Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Information Security Manager with hands-on experience in the following skillset Please find below JD :
• Lead and manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals across multiple portfolios, including GRC, Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Security Engineering, and Compliance.
• Own and drive ISO 27001, SWIFT CSP, COSO, and other regulatory/compliance programs, including audits, assessments, and remediation activities.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee vulnerability management, threat monitoring, remediation tracking,



and continuous security improvement efforts.
• Manage security technologies such as SIEM, DLP, EDR/XDR, Firewalls, IAM, and Identity Governance solutions.
• Lead cyber incident management, crisis response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Establish and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure secure configurations and security best practices across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders, customers, external auditors, regulators, and security partners.
• Drive security awareness, operational effectiveness, resource planning, and team development initiatives.
