Role Description The Catering Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson in Salem. This position is responsible for generating and managing catering sales for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, banquets, and social functions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site visits, and coordinating event details with clients and internal departments.



The Catering Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the food and beverage and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution and high guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients and local partners, achieving sales targets, and upholding Radisson’s “Yes I Can” service standards. Qualifications
• Robust Catering Sales and Food & Beverage knowledge to effectively sell and support hotel catering offerings.
• Experience in Event Planning and coordination, including managing timelines, logistics, and vendor interactions.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple events and deadlines.
• Previous experience in hotel catering, banquets, or hospitality sales preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and sales or event management software.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
