Key Responsibilities
• Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and support of 5420 CTS / Alcatel-Lucent TAS platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot IMS/VoLTE services and network elements.
• Configure and maintain HSS, iFC, and supplementary service functionalities.
• Perform SIP call flow analysis and resolve complex service-impacting issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional network, engineering, and operations teams.
• Drive service performance improvements, upgrades, and capacity planning activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members. Required Qualifications
• Solid hands-on experience with 5420 CTS / Converged Telephony Server / ALU TAS.
• In-depth understanding of IMS and VoLTE architecture.
• Experience working with HSS, iFC, and supplementary services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in SIP and telecom signaling protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred
• Experience with Tier-1 telecom operators.
• Exposure to cloud-native telecom environments and network modernization projects.
• Relevant telecom certifications. ?
