ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an MBBS doctor with a certification in skin, dermatology or aesthetics to run teleconsultations for our international patients. Working from our Pune office, you will speak with patients on video, review their medical history, photos and goals, and give them an honest, well-explained clinical opinion on their treatment options. Your focus is purely clinical. Pricing, packages and hospital recommendations are handled by our patient coordination and sales teams, so you can concentrate on assessing suitability and making sure every patient is safe to proceed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct video teleconsultations with international patients exploring treatments abroad, with a focus on skin, hair and aesthetic concerns such as acne and scarring, pigmentation, anti-ageing, skin rejuvenation, hair loss and hair restoration, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Review patient-submitted photographs, medical history, medications, allergies and previous treatments, and assess suitability and case complexity.
• Screen for medical risk factors and identify patients who need further tests or a different approach before travelling.
• Recommend the clinically appropriate treatment approach for each patient, and explain the expected results, recovery, risks and aftercare in plain, reassuring language, with realistic expectations and no guarantees.
• Advise on clinical timelines, such as treatment duration, recovery period and how long to stay at the destination.




• Hand over a clear clinical summary and recommendation to our patient coordination team after each consultation, so they can take the patient through costs, hospital options and booking.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Share feedback on common patient concerns and case patterns to help us improve our process and content. WHO YOU ARE Must have
• MBBS with a certification, fellowship or diploma in dermatology, skin care, cosmetology or aesthetic medicine.
• Prior clinical experience, ideally in skin, aesthetic or general practice.
• Strong command of English, spoken and written, with a clear, warm and confident communication style.
• Comfort with video consultations and with explaining treatments, risks and recovery to non-clinical people.
• Sound clinical judgement and a clear sense of your own scope of practice.
• Ability to work from our Pune office, with hours that match patient time zones (US, UK, Australia, GCC and Europe). Positive to have
• Prior experience in teleconsultations or patient counselling.
• Experience with international patients or medical tourism.
• Strong skills in photo-based assessment and expectation setting.
