Role Description The Finance Officer role is a contract position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Finance Officer will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely financial reporting, and supporting compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. The Finance Officer will collaborate with project and management teams to provide financial insights,



analyze performance and variances, and support decision-making for software products and services. The role also includes communicating financial information to internal stakeholders and contributing to process improvements in financial controls and reporting. Qualifications
• Strong finance foundation with experience in Finance and Financial Reporting, preferably within IT, software, or professional services environments.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, conducting variance analysis, and supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Effective Communication skills to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation basics, and regulatory compliance relevant to corporate finance.
• Experience with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad, manage deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
