Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels end-to-end
• Own monthly media budget of ₹2-5 Cr and be directly accountable for CAC and ROAS
• Partner with Content, Design and Analytics teams to continuously improve campaign performance
• Turn performance data into a clear POV
- What's working, what to cut, what to scale
• Manage relationships with media & creative agencies and platform partners ✅ Ideal Candidate
- MANDATORY Checklist:
Experience:
• 3+ years in Performance Marketing owning paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other channels end-to-end
• Must have personally owned & managed ₹2-5 Cr/month in ad spend,
directly accountable for CAC & ROAS
• Must come from a D2C Brand / E-commerce Platform / Quick-Commerce Platform ONLY
Skills:
• Robust grip on Performance Fundamentals: CAC, ROAS, Funnel, Retention, CPA, CPL, CVR
• Ability to turn data into clear decisions on what to cut and scale
• Experience managing media & creative agencies and partnering with content/design/analytics Resume Note: Your resume MUST contain proper metrics & numbers
- ROAS, CPA, CPL, CVR, Budget Managed, Revenue Generated etc. Profiles without numbers will not be considered. ⭐ Preferred:
• Domain: Healthcare, Pharmacy or Wellness E-commerce
