Backed by venture capital and grounded in agile growth principles, we’re scaling revenue, ops, and team—and seeking a strategic CFO to lead finance, capital strategy, and operational excellence from startup velocity to scale-up maturity. Role & Responsibilities
• Design and lead the finance function: from P&L; ownership, cash flow mastery, and capital allocation to investor reporting and ESG-linked financial storytelling.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure—including forecasting models, unit economics dashboards, and inventory/cost optimization frameworks tailored to FMCG velocity.
• Partner with CEO and GTM leads to drive pricing, channel profitability, and margin expansion across D2C, modern trade, and emerging retail channels.
• Manage investor relations, cap table, fundraising cycles, and term sheet negotiations—turning finance into a strategic lever for growth.
• Lead compliance,



audits, tax strategy, and regulatory reporting aligned with India’s evolving FMCG and startup finance norms.
