About the Role
Rajeshree Agri Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
• Maintain bank accounts and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Calculate, deduct, and ensure timely payment of TDS as per applicable provisions.
• Prepare TDS returns and assist with TDS compliance and reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B and verify eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expense vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.




• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory reconciliations and compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing, trial balance preparation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of accounting activities. Required Skills
• Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Practical experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and TDS return preparation.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet statutory deadlines. QualificationsB.
