About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders and drive the people agenda across talent, performance, engagement, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. The role requires someone who can combine strong HR fundamentals with business understanding, people analytics and a digital-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, performance management and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, with a strong focus on critical talent.
• Coach and advise managers on performance, development and people-related decisions.
• Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends and recommend interventions.
• Support organization and role design aligned to evolving business requirements.
• Partner with HR COEs across Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.




• Identify opportunities to simplify and digitize HR processes using analytics, automation and AI.
• Manage employee relations and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices. What We’re Looking For
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
• 6–9 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering / BUHR.
• Experience partnering with business and senior leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of talent, performance, engagement, retention and workforce planning.
• Comfort working with HR analytics, dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Exposure to IT / technology services / qualified services would be preferred. The Ideal Candidate Someone who can move comfortably between business conversations and people conversations, use data to diagnose issues, challenge constructively, and translate business priorities into practical people interventions.
