Role Description: The Admissions Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing outreach activities to attract prospective students, including school and college visits, education fairs, and community events. The Admissions Outreach Manager will manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as schools, counselors, and community organizations, and provide clear information about academic programs, campus life, and admission requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating admission campaigns, monitoring inquiry and application pipelines, supporting prospective applicants and families, and preparing reports on outreach performance. The role also involves close collaboration with the admissions, marketing,



and academic teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive prospective student experience.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for engaging with prospective students, families, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and track outreach initiatives and admission campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to effectively promote programs, convert inquiries into applications, and meet enrollment targets.
• Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and local organizations.
• Experience in educational admissions, student recruitment, or marketing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to present information clearly, conduct outreach events, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with basic office and CRM tools.
