Hiring: B2B Sales & Business Development Executive | Neo Risers | Delhi What if your next sales role wasn't just about selling a product, but about bringing a new approach to learning into schools? At Neo Risers, we're building open-ended play-learn kits that encourage children to imagine, build, experiment, and learn by doing. As we take our products to market, we're looking for someone who can help us build relationships with schools and educational institutions and turn opportunities into business. We're looking for a doer—someone who can get things moving. Your role will involve:
• Identifying and generating leads across schools and educational institutions
• Reaching out to decision-makers, following up, and setting up meetings
• Conducting field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
• Building relationships with schools, educators, and channel partners




• Driving B2B sales and exploring new business opportunities Who should apply? We're open to undergraduates, fresh graduates, and MBAs from institutes across Tier 1, 2, and 3. Prior experience in school partnerships, educational aids, or B2B sales is a plus—but not essential. We value initiative, persistence, communication skills, and a willingness to get out into the field and make things happen more than just degrees or years of experience.
