Role Description The Creative Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry, India. This role involves editing video content for digital campaigns, social media, branding projects, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality storytelling and visual consistency. The Creative Video Editor will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to plan shoots, assemble raw footage, add transitions, effects, and sound, and optimize videos for different platforms. Daily responsibilities include organizing media assets, applying color grading, creating motion graphics elements when needed,



and maintaining project timelines. The role also requires staying updated on video trends, formats, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of delivered content. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and organizing raw footage.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing, with proficiency in non-linear editing software and timeline management.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Color Grading, ensuring visual consistency, mood, and style across projects.
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including basic animation and visual asset creation.
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing and motion graphics work, ideally for digital or social media platforms.
