About the Role
Chate Coaching Classes is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. We need someone who understands social media trends, creates engaging educational content and knows how to turn content into brand awareness, enquiries and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create engaging reels, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Shoot and coordinate content featuring students, teachers, classrooms and events.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules and daily social media activities.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and ad creatives.
• Monitor trends and develop fresh content ideas.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth and lead generation.




• Coordinate with designers, video editors and the marketing team. Requirements
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Creative mindset with the ability to independently plan and execute content.
