Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern will assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others relevant to the brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, supporting visual content production, and engaging with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions. The intern will help track basic performance metrics, gather insights, and suggest content ideas aligned with Herth’s mission and growth goals.



Collaboration with marketing and content teams will be essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling for women entrepreneurs. Qualifications
• Robust interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially for consumer and community-focused brands.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with social media tools, analytics dashboards, and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta tools, Canva, or similar).
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, social commerce, and supporting women-led businesses is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced startup environment.
