About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital lead generation and customer acquisition for our real estate business in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for residential and real estate projects.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Create and manage campaign funnels from lead generation to conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Work closely with the Sales and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Track and analyze leads through CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.




• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms. Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Prior experience in Real Estate other lead-generation businesses will be an advantage.
• Robust hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
