Job Title: Product Manager – Enterprise Applications & ERP Experience Level: 2–4 Years

Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Product Manager (2–4 years of experience) to own and drive the product roadmap for our enterprise application ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on functional exposure across major ERP platforms, has delivered at least one end-to-end ERP implementation or major enterprise product release, and leverages hands-on AI tools to optimize product strategy and workflows. In this role, you will define product requirements, lead technical integration strategy (APIs, SFTP, Authentication), manage cross-functional stakeholders, and partner with external vendors to build scalable enterprise solutions.





Responsibilities:
• Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmap for enterprise applications and ERP-linked platforms.
• ERP & Functional Alignment: Translate complex business processes (Finance) across core ERP environments into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product specifications.
• Integrations & Technical Strategy: Define feature specifications for system integrations, working closely with engineering teams on API frameworks (REST/SOAP), SFTP data transfers, and enterprise authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO, API keys).
• AI & Product Innovation: Leverage hands-on experience with AI tools, generative frameworks, or AI/ML product integrations to drive feature innovation, process automation, and smart product capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic liaison between business leaders, operations, technical teams, and executive sponsors—aligning product vision with business goals and managing expectations.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party software vendors, implementation partners, and external consultants to evaluate tools, enforce SLAs, and deliver platform enhancements.
• Product Execution:



Partner with Agile software development teams to manage sprint planning, product backlog grooming, release cycles, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Required Qualifications & Skills
•

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Product Management building or managing enterprise platforms, ERP solutions, or software integrations.
• ERP Domain Exposure: Functional knowledge and hands-on exposure to one or more of the following ERP platforms:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Oracle JD Edwards (JDE)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC)
• Track Record: Proven experience participating in or driving at least one full-lifecycle ERP implementation or enterprise product release.
• Technical Integration & Security:
- Solid understanding of API frameworks (REST/SOAP) and SFTP data transfer architecture.
- Practical knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO, API keys).
• Hands-on AI Proficiency: Practical experience using AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, or integrating AI capabilities into product features.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Exceptional ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, manage change, and drive alignment with external software vendors. Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I/II) preferred.
• Solid familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Productboard).
