We’re hiring | Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Founder’s Office FORE | Delhi NCR | Full time, on-site About FORE FORE is building a connected golf ecosystem for golfers, parents, coaches and facilities. Our app brings together discovery, bookings, coaching and progress tracking, while our facility software helps courses, ranges and academies simplify operations and grow revenue. We’re building from India with a global vision. The opportunity Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into partnerships, product improvements and business growth. You’ll speak with customers, test opportunities and take initiatives from concept to execution—helping shape how FORE grows. We’re looking for someone early in their career who brings relevant sports experience, commercial curiosity and the drive to build. What you’ll do
• Build partnerships: Identify, engage and onboard coaches, academies, driving ranges and courses.
• Understand our users: Speak with golfers, parents and facility teams; translate their needs into product and business priorities.
• Drive adoption: Run pilots, outreach campaigns and on-ground initiatives that attract users and encourage repeat bookings.
• Test and improve: Track results, evaluate revenue opportunities and refine our product and go-to-market approach.
• Execute with the founder: Develop proposals, business cases and pitch materials, and coordinate across product, technology and operations to move priorities forward.



What you’ll bring
• Ideally 0–3 years of relevant experience, with B2B or B2C exposure in sports—through partnerships, sales, customer engagement, facility operations, events or sports technology.
• Golf industry experience or familiarity with its ecosystem is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, basic commercial analysis and turning customer feedback into action.
• Ownership, resourcefulness and willingness to work through the uncertainty of an early-stage business.
• Availability to work on-site in Delhi NCR and visit partner facilities. Relevant internships, entrepreneurial projects and hands-on sports experience count.
