We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales support and Statement of work analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in ITSM processes and exposure to the IT Services sales cycle. The role involves coordinating between solution and sales teams to ensure accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), clear scope definition, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) in alignment with ITSM practices and customer business requirements
• Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to ensure accurate scope definition and delivery commitments
• Support the sales cycle with inputs on effort estimation, resource planning, and process alignment
• Track and monitor SOW execution to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to improve SOW processes and recommend enhancements Required Qualifications and Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support and writing SOW's for ITSM services
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle and its dependencies
• Experience coordinating with solution teams and sales teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to ITSM tool implementations such as Freshworks or ServiceNow
• Ability to manage multiple Statements of Work simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
