Role Description The District Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tarn Taran district. This role is responsible for implementing Rocket Learning’s early learning programs across the district, coordinating with government officials, school and anganwadi staff, and community stakeholders. The District Coordinator will oversee program rollout, monitor field activities, collect and review data, and ensure timely reporting on progress and challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions for frontline workers, supporting caregivers and educators in using Rocket Learning tools, and troubleshooting implementation issues. The role also involves building solid relationships with local partners, organizing community outreach activities,



and collaborating with the central team to improve program quality and impact. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in program coordination, field operations, or community development, preferably in education or social impact sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including experience working with government officials, educators, and community leaders.
• Ability to plan and execute district-level activities, manage timelines, and track progress using basic data collection and monitoring tools.
• Comfort with using smartphones, messaging applications, and simple technology platforms to support program delivery and communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English; strong facilitation and training abilities.
• Capacity to work independently, travel frequently within the district, and adapt to dynamic field conditions while maintaining high standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, management, or a related field; prior experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
