We listen to customers’ preferences, add our expertise, and replicate their personality in their home décor. Job Title: Interior Designer This is more than a conventional interior design role. You will be a trusted partner and an ever-present friend to customers, helping them visualize ideas and turn their aspirations into beautiful homes. The role requires someone who can express thoughts and ideas succinctly, understand customer needs, think analytically, and bring immense creativity to every project. Key Responsibilities
& Expectations Manage client interactions while translating customer requirements into practical and creative interior design solutions. Combine strong design sensibilities with a passion for sales and excellent interpersonal skills. Understand customer preferences, budgets, requirements,
and expectations throughout the design journey. Help customers visualize their ideas and confidently guide them toward suitable design solutions. Create and present interior design concepts, layouts, 3D views, and design proposals. Required Skills & Technical Expertise Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, 3D tools, and V-Ray. Knowledge of residential interior designing, including floor plans and layouts. Passion for sales and confidence in client handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Educational Qualification & Work Experience Graduate degree/diploma in Interior Designing or a related discipline is preferred. 1–6 years of experience in interior design and sales is preferred. Compensation, Perks & Perks Uncapped performance-based incentives: approximately INR 25,000+ per month on achieving bare-minimum targets, with INR 1 lakh+ potential for consistent performers. Earn a 10% salary hike through target-based auto-appraisals and promotion opportunities every 3 months. 5-day work week . Earn ESOPs on every project closed. Earn an additional 5% incentive upon overachieving base targets. International opportunities based on performance and tenure.
