Role: Social Media Strategist & Client POC Mode: Onsite | Kolkata Department: Narrativ by GrowthStudioz Job Overview Hi We’re GrowthStudioz, a Kolkata-based marketing agency working with fast-growing brands across categories. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who will own the client communications, build content strategies, manage monthly calendars, and brief the creative team — all while keeping things moving without handholding.
What You'll Do
• Be the day-to-day POC for assigned client accounts
• Build monthly content calendars with clear hooks, formats, and direction
• Write creative briefs based on the available asset/resource bank
• Share performance updates and manage approvals end-to-end What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years in social media/content strategy (agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and decent copywriting skills
• Comfortable with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics
• Organized, proactive, multitasker and able to juggle between different accounts
