Role Description The Head of Operations for the E&TC; division will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient production, process optimization, and adherence to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role located in Shirol involves planning and monitoring daily workflows, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the division. The role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineering, quality, and supply chain functions, and ensuring timely delivery of components to meet customer and business requirements.



The Head of Operations will be responsible for budget planning, cost control, performance tracking, and reporting operational metrics to senior leadership. The position also requires implementing safety and compliance practices, supporting technology upgrades, and contributing to strategic operational decisions for the E&TC; division. Qualifications
• Strong Operations Management skills, including production planning, process optimization, and quality adherence.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and problem-solving.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, with experience in leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination.
• Effective Communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement, reporting, and collaboration across departments.
• Budgeting experience, including cost control, resource allocation, and financial planning for operational activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Experience in precision manufacturing, automotive or engineering sectors, and familiarity with export-oriented operations.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety and compliance standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Shirol and manage operations in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.
