Unscene is a design-led eyewear brand built for a new generation of consumers
- the ones who notice the details, care about craft, and want buying sunglasses to feel as expressive as buying sneakers. India’s premium eyewear space is wide open, and we’re here to fill that gap with a brand that’s built with intent, tuned into culture, and obsessive about materials, fit, and feel. The brand is founded by a third-generation eyewear entrepreneur who grew up around manufacturing floors, distribution channels, and the founding of Opium Eyewear. After studying engineering at Northwestern and working in growth consulting with brands in New York, he returned to India to build something that blends legacy, design, and storytelling. Unscene is that. Now it's time to build systems that hold up as we scale. We're looking for an Operations Intern to own the day-to-day and help build those systems. Complete hands-on role. You'll work directly with the founder. The Role
• Orders and fulfilment: own the order flow from checkout to delivery. Make sure every order goes out on time and reaches the customer fast, and fix the process when it doesn't
• Shipping partners: manage our courier partners, and escalate and resolve delays, failed deliveries and returns
• Warehouse: set up how our in-office warehouse runs: how stock comes in, where it lives, and how orders get packed and sent.
• Inventory: own stock numbers across the website, the warehouse and every partner store.



Know what's where at any point, and flag restocks before anything runs out
• Retail partners: manage the ops side of our partner stores, including restocks, take-backs, product data and sales reconciliation
• Vendors and procurement: find, manage and negotiate with vendors.
• Offline: plan and run the logistics behind pop-ups and activations, start to finish This role is best suited for someone structured, detail-oriented and thick skinned. Who we're looking for
• Currently in college and available for a full-time, in-office internship (3+ months)
• Engineering students, or anyone interested in logistics, supply chain and systems (a big plus)
• A clear communicator. You'll be talking to couriers, vendors and store teams every day
• You figure things out. If you’re given a problem with no playbook, you'll find a way to get it done
• Tech-savvy. You pick up recent tools fast and already use AI to get work done quicker and better
• You own outcomes, not tasks. If something's stuck, you chase it until it moves
• You think in systems. When something breaks twice, you fix the process, not just the problem Details
