1 to 3 years Compensation: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + commission About SkyglimpsSkyglimps is a DGCA-certified drone services company and Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) based in Kolkata. We deliver LiDAR surveys, photogrammetry, thermal inspections, and digital twins for government and enterprise clients, and we train licensed drone pilots through our RPTO. Demand for our batches is growing, and we need someone to drive student enrollments. The RoleYou will handle student admissions and enrollment marketing for our RPTO. Our Google Ads campaigns bring in a steady flow of leads, and your job is to convert them into enrollments and add to the pipeline through outreach and marketing support. You will sell our DGCA-Certified Small Category Drone Training Course, along with specialized programs including FPV Drone Assembly, Drone Data Processing, and custom drone modules. ResponsibilitiesSales and Admissions
• Respond quickly to every lead from Google Ads, phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Manage the official RPTO WhatsApp account, including broadcasts and follow-ups
• Explain course content, fees, batch schedules, and career scope clearly and honestly
• Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into enrollments
• Complete onboarding: documentation, fee collection, and batch allocation Lead Generation and Marketing
• Run cold calling and email outreach to colleges, ITIs, institutes, and working professionals
• Build referrals and tie-ups that bring in steady enrollments
• Create basic marketing material in Canva, such as posters, brochures,
and social media creatives
• Track Google Ads lead quality and share feedback with the team to improve campaigns Tracking and Reporting
• Maintain a lead tracker in Excel with accurate status updates
• Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, and enrollment progress
• Coordinate with the training team on batch planning Requirements
• 1 to 3 years in sales or admissions in the education sector
• Prior experience at a training institute or coaching center
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written is a must), Hindi, and Bengali
• Proven record of closing enrollments against targets
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Canva
• Basic understanding of Google Ads (campaigns, leads, keywords, and performance metrics)
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp Business
• Self-driven, organised, and consistent with follow-ups Valuable to Have
• Experience selling skill-based or career-oriented courses
• Existing network with colleges, ITIs, or skill development bodies in West Bengal
• Interest in drones, aviation, or emerging technology Compensation
• Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience
• Per-student enrollment commission, discussed based on experience and performance
