The product ecosystem spans mobile apps, web platforms, and IoT integrations, giving users a seamless and engaging technology experience. Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves working closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and business planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investor and stakeholder materials, tracking key metrics, and supporting product and go-to-market experiments. The role also covers coordinating cross-functional projects,



documenting decisions and processes, and ensuring timely execution of critical tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in early-stage startup environments, taking ownership, and translating ideas into structured, measurable outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong analytical and research skills, including market analysis, data synthesis, and problem structuring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, reports, and investor-facing documents.
• Project management capabilities, such as planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and deadline ownership.
• Comfort with technology and AI products, with the ability to quickly understand voice AI, cloud platforms, and SaaS business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience or internships in startups, consulting, product management, or operations are highly beneficial.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate closely with founding team members.
