Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Coimbatore. The Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and residential development projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring site activities to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The role also involves conducting surveys, supervising stormwater and drainage systems, resolving technical issues on-site,



and preparing project reports and documentation. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with project management and construction teams to support efficient, well-planned community developments. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of core civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Planning for residential layouts, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Experience or knowledge in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related site development systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; relevant licensure or certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar) and basic project management tools.
• Understanding of local building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple site activities.
• Prior experience in real estate development, infrastructure projects, or residential townships in India is beneficial.
