Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Cyrostack IT Solutions. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Cyrostack’s technology solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The representative will conduct online meetings and product walkthroughs, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, generating and nurturing inbound and outbound leads,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and reporting on sales and marketing performance. The role also includes gathering market feedback, supporting client training on services where needed, and working closely with technical teams to align customer needs with solution offerings. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and client relationship skills, such as responsiveness, empathy, and a focus on long-term partnership building.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
• Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing and Training skills, including basic digital marketing understanding, campaign support, and the ability to guide clients through product features.
• Familiarity with software, SaaS, or IT services sales is beneficial, along with comfort working with CRMs and online collaboration tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Self-motivation, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a results-oriented mindset are key for success in this role.
