Interior Design Manager / Senior Interior Designer Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the end-to-end interior design process for assigned projects, including space planning, concept development, material selection, furnishings, lighting, finishes, and styling.
• Understand project briefs, business requirements, target customer profiles, and functional objectives to develop design solutions aligned with Runwal Realty's standards and vision.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility assessments; coordinate project timelines, budgets, and design schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Perform detailed research and technical evaluations to ensure design concepts are practical, compliant with applicable regulations, and executable within project constraints.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) while maintaining quality standards and adhering to approved project budgets.
• Develop conceptual presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design narratives that effectively communicate the design vision to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and presentations using CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and present design alternatives, material samples, mock-ups, and recommendations for approval.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, MEP Consultants, Project Management, and Execution Teams to ensure all design specifications, dimensions, and technical requirements are accurately implemented.
• Monitor site execution, conduct periodic inspections, and provide design guidance to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards,



and project timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution and timely resolution of design-related challenges.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, value engineering, and design optimization while maintaining the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes. Experience & Educational Requirements Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Certification in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software preferred.
• Professional certifications in Interior Design or Project Management will be an added advantage. Relevant Experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Interior Design, Design Management, or related functions.
• At least 3+ years of experience within the Real Estate, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, or Mixed-Use Development sector.
• Proven experience in handling multiple large-scale projects from concept to handover. Skills & Competencies Required
• Solid understanding of Interior Design principles, space planning, and design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, finishing systems, and building services.
• Expertise in reviewing design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Visualization, MS Office, and related design software.
• Vendor and Consultant Management.
• Costing, Budgeting, and Value Engineering.
• Project Planning and Execution Management.
