About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential customers and students through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's training programs, courses, and internship opportunities to interested students.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and achieve business goals.
• Participate in sales campaigns and business development activities. Skills Required




• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
• Confidence in interacting with customers over calls and messages.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and business development strategies.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
