Role Description The User Interface Designer will work on-site full time in Patna, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create intuitive and visually engaging digital interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing user interfaces for web and mobile products, developing mockups and design systems, and translating user and business requirements into clear layouts and interaction patterns. The role involves working with UX specialists to refine user flows, conducting design reviews, and iterating based on feedback and usability insights.



The User Interface Designer will also partner with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain consistency across products. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability. Qualifications
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, color, typography, and design systems.
• Proficiency in user interface design, creating mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile products.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles, user flows, and interaction design.
• Basic to intermediate front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and common UI frameworks) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and versioning or collaboration tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and collaborate cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience designing interfaces for SaaS, automation, or AI-driven products is an advantage.
