About the Role
MyTree Enviros is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Landscape Services to expand our landscaping and garden maintenance business across Hyderabad. You will connect with gated communities, apartment associations, villa projects, builders, offices and commercial properties to identify landscaping opportunities, develop client relationships and close projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through field visits, builder networks, referrals and client meetings.
• Identify landscaping opportunities across gated communities, apartments, villa projects and commercial sites.
• Visit client sites, understand requirements and coordinate landscaping proposals and quotations.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing and close landscaping projects.
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and manage renewals.
• Maintain client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Update sales activities, leads and proposals in the CRM.




• Coordinate with the operations and pre-sales teams for smooth project execution. Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in landscaping, real estate, interiors, building materials or facility services.
• Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Strong negotiation, networking and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with site visits and meeting decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM tools.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence. Salary and Benefits

salary:
₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Uncapped monthly incentives: 3% of collected contract value, including eligible AMC renewals.
• Travel and phone allowance: ₹5,000 per month.
• Training in landscaping services, plant selection, site assessment and pricing.
• Career growth opportunities into Senior Executive and Key Account roles.
