Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Painflame Clinic in Faridabad. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions, take detailed histories, perform physical examinations, and design individualized treatment plans in alignment with the clinic’s evidence-based, non-surgical approach. Daily responsibilities include delivering physiotherapy sessions, supervising therapeutic exercises, using approved modalities and equipment, and documenting progress in a structured manner. The role also involves collaborating closely with chiropractors and other clinicians, educating patients on posture, ergonomics and home-care programs, and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and patient experience. The Physiotherapist is expected to stay updated with best practices, participate in clinical discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of treatment protocols. Qualifications
• Formal physiotherapy

education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid registration with the appropriate council or licensing body.
• Clinical expertise: Strong skills in musculoskeletal and spine physiotherapy, manual therapy techniques,



therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
• Technical and modality

skills:
Ability to work safely and effectively with electrotherapy and other physiotherapy equipment; familiarity with evidence-based, non-invasive pain management approaches.
• Assessment and documentation: Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment goal setting, and transparent, accurate documentation of sessions and outcomes.
• Communication and interpersonal

skills:
Excellent patient communication, counseling, and rapport-building abilities; capacity to explain treatment plans and home exercises in an understandable way.
• Teamwork and professionalism: Experience working in multidisciplinary clinical teams, strong ethical standards, reliability, and respect for diverse patients and colleagues.
• Additional preferred

qualifications:
Prior experience in an advanced pain clinic or orthopedic/rehabilitation setting, knowledge of chiropractic or osteopathic principles, comfort with basic computer and clinic management software, and readiness to work flexible hours if required.
