Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a BFSI / NBFC Trainer located in Nizamabad. The trainer will design and deliver training programs for employees and new hires in banking, financial services, and non-banking financial company (NBFC) operations, products, compliance, and customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-floor training sessions, preparing training materials, case studies, and assessments, and ensuring content is aligned with current regulatory guidelines and organizational policies. The role involves evaluating participant performance, providing feedback and coaching,



maintaining training reports and documentation, and collaborating with business leaders and HR to identify skill gaps and training needs. The trainer will also update and refine modules based on industry changes, learner feedback, and performance outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of BFSI and NBFC domains, including retail banking operations, lending processes, risk basics, compliance, and customer service practices.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate training or classroom facilitation, preferably in banking, financial services, or related industries.
• Ability to design and structure training content, including presentations, manuals, role plays, and assessments, using clear and engaging methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex concepts.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online training or assessment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and training logistics.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, management, or a related field; professional certifications in BFSI or training (e.g., soft skills, TTT) are an advantage.
• Prior experience working in a bank, NBFC, or financial services organization is highly desirable.
