Company Description At Be Change, we provide comprehensive ABA therapy sessions for children with autism, focusing on a holistic approach known as the ABA lifestyle. We aim to ensure that the skills and behaviors learned at the Be Change Center for Autism are also implemented at home for the best possible outcomes. We are dedicated to supporting families and making lasting changes in the lives of children with autism. Role Description This is a full-time role for an ABA Therapist located on-site in Bengaluru. The ABA Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions for children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking their progress. They will work closely with families to ensure that strategies are transferred and applied at home,



maintaining communication with caregivers and other team members to provide optimal support for each child. Other tasks include data collection and analysis to improve therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis (Must have)
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience in working with children
• Background in Psychology
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in office in Bengaluru
• Relevant certification or degree in ABA or related field is a plus
