Experience:

• BIM Architectural Coordinator
• BIM Structural Coordinator
• BIM MEP Coordinator
• BIM Electrical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and review BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Work on BIM projects with LOD up to 500.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Electrical teams.
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models.
• Ensure BIM models meet project standards and quality requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of relevant BIM modeling and coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Good understanding of LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve coordination issues.
• Robust communication and teamwork skills.
