Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a SAP PM Online Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver live online training sessions focused on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) concepts, configuration, and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating practical exercises and case studies, and guiding learners through real-world SAP PM scenarios. The trainer will monitor learner progress, provide feedback, answer questions via virtual platforms, and update course content to reflect current SAP PM functionalities and industry standards. Collaboration with the academic team to refine curricula and ensure a high-quality learner experience is also expected. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess skills related to expediting, including experience as an Expeditor and familiarity with Expediting processes.
• Candidates should possess project-focused skills such as Project Management and coordination of training or implementation activities.
• Candidates should possess operational oversight skills, including Inspection and quality review of learning materials or SAP PM configurations.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills for planning training schedules, managing online class logistics, and coordinating learner support.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAP PM, including configuration, maintenance planning, and process optimization.
• Prior experience delivering online technical training or corporate SAP training, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and comfort using virtual meeting and Learning Management System (LMS) tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Information Technology, or Business) or equivalent professional experience with SAP PM.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time remote teaching commitments, and maintain a learner-centric, inclusive teaching style.
