1 year About Time Bachalo Time Bachalo is India's operating system for DSA businesses. We help teams manage leads, cases, CAM, receivables, payables and payouts in one connected platform. Our product also covers HRMS, banker management and channel partner management, used every day by sales teams, operations teams, accountants and business owners. Role Overview We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1 year of experience to design simple, clean and easy-to-use screens for our web platform. You will work closely with the product and development teams to turn real business problems into clear and friendly designs. You will also create marketing designs that help present Time Bachalo to the market.

Key Responsibilities
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements
• Understand user needs by talking to the team and customers, and improve designs based on feedback
• Build and maintain a consistent design system, including colours, typography, icons and components
• Make sure designs work well on desktop, tablet and mobile screens
• Work with developers to hand off designs clearly and check the final product against the design
• Create marketing designs such as social media posters, banners, presentations and brand creatives for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram




• Keep up with current UI/UX trends and suggest ideas that improve the product Required Skills
• 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (or similar tools such as Adobe XD)
• Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping and user-centred design
• Basic knowledge of typography, colour, spacing and layout
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or Canva, for marketing creatives
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Positive communication skills in English and Hindi
• A portfolio that shows your design process and real projects Good to Have
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or admin panels
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Basic motion design or short video editing skills
• Interest in fintech, lending or banking products Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Applications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
