Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations for HCM and Financials business processes.
• Translate functional requirements into Workday integration, data, and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain BIRT reports and output formats for operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate integration failures, data discrepancies, and production incidents, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Support testing, deployment, release changes, validation, and technical documentation for Workday solutions. Skills Required:
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in Workday consulting, integrations,



and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and a strong understanding of Workday enterprise application architecture.
• Practical knowledge of Workday HCM business processes, data structures, and configuration concepts.
• Practical knowledge of Workday Financials processes, data structures, and integration requirements.
• Experience with Workday integration development, troubleshooting, testing, and BIRT reporting. Valuable to Have:
• Experience delivering integrations across Workday HCM and Workday Financials modules.

Education:
Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
