We are an expanding corporate training and consulting freelance business looking for a high-energy, ambitious Inside Sales & Social Media Executive. If you love networking on LinkedIn, enjoy building professional relationships, and possess the grit required to initiate cold outreach to senior corporate decision-makers, this role is for you. You will be the bridge between our high-impact training programs and corporate clients looking to upskill their teams.
Key Responsibilities
& Weekly Outcomes
• Data Sourcing & Prospecting: Research and curate targeted lists of L&D; heads, Training Managers, HR leaders, and Sales Heads across designated industries using LinkedIn, Google, and basic data extraction tools.
• Cold Outreach (Calling & Emailing): Initiate 30–40 cold calls and personalized email sequences daily to introduce our corporate training solutions and book discovery meetings.
• LinkedIn Profile Management: Manage the founder's LinkedIn profile by publishing pre-approved content, engaging meaningfully on target prospects' posts, and expanding the professional network.
• Lead Qualification: Nurture incoming inquiries, pitch our training capability decks, and coordinate to lock in corporate training batches.
What We Are Looking For (Skill Set)
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. Ability to speak confidently with senior corporate executives. Spoken proficiency in Hindi is a big plus for sectors like Manufacturing and Realty.
• LinkedIn Savvy: Sound understanding of how to use LinkedIn for networking, skilled commenting, and navigating company pages.
• Resilience & Drive: High persistence to handle the rejections typical of cold calling, combined with a strong desire to hit targets and maximize incentive payouts.
• Tech Comfort: Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, and ChatGPT/Claude for assisting with content formatting. What’s In It For You?
