We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Centre Manager to lead our Indiranagar centre, drive business growth and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Business & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly revenue targets, improve profitability and drive sales across skin, hair, laser and aesthetic services.
• Centre Operations: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensure SOP compliance and maintain high standards of hygiene and service delivery.
• Patient Acquisition & Conversion: Drive patient footfall, improve consultation-to-treatment conversion and ensure effective follow-up of leads and enquiries.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate doctors, counsellors, front desk, telecalling and operations teams to achieve individual and centre-level targets.

Experience:
Ensure excellent patient service, manage feedback and complaints, and build long-term patient relationships.
• Sales & Database Management: Drive repeat business, referrals, package renewals and reactivation of existing patients.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily revenue, collections, footfall, conversions, team productivity and other key performance indicators.
• Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing and telecalling teams to improve lead quality, appointment bookings and campaign performance.
• Inventory & Administration: Monitor stock, consumables,



billing, cash reconciliation and operational expenses.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to applicable clinical and regulatory requirements, and submit timely performance reports to management. Candidate Profile
• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in centre management, clinic operations, sales or business development, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, healthcare or wellness.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing a customer-facing team.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales conversion, patient retention, CRM and operational reporting.
• A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership and commercial acumen. Key Performance Indicators
