Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Designovate Studio’s presence in target markets. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the design team to develop tailored proposals and pitches. The role involves tracking market trends in architecture and interiors, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and meeting revenue and conversion targets. The Business Development Manager will undertake marketing tasks to support campaigns, attend industry events and client meetings,



and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership. Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and account growth.
• Marketing and communication skills, such as presentation development, proposal writing, and collaboration on promotional activities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
• Background or robust interest in architecture, interior design, real estate, or related built-environment industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel across India, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant experience in business development is highly preferred.
